1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how Non Zero Design LLP ("Non Zero", "Reborn Goods", "we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the website at https://www.reborngoods.co/, together with any software, APIs, mobile website and mobile applications related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Platform").
This Cookie Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy, which explains more generally how we collect and process personal data, and our Terms and Conditions, which govern your access to and use of the Platform. Terms defined in the Privacy Policy have the same meaning in this Cookie Policy.
2. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device by a website you visit. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or to work more efficiently, and to provide information to the operators of the site. Many cookies contain a cookie ID, which is a unique identifier that allows the cookie to be recognised on a subsequent visit.
Cookies may be set by the operator of the site you are visiting, in which case they are described as first-party cookies, or by a third party whose service is embedded in that site, in which case they are described as third-party cookies. A cookie may be a session cookie, which is deleted when you close your browser, or a persistent cookie, which remains on your device until it expires or you delete it.
This Cookie Policy also covers similar technologies that perform comparable functions, including pixels, tags, software development kits, local storage, and device or browser identifiers. For readability, all of these are referred to in this Cookie Policy as cookies.
3. Categories of Cookies We Use
We classify the cookies used on the Platform into the following categories:
Essential. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the Platform to function and to be delivered securely, including cookies used for load balancing, security, and to record your cookie preferences. These cookies do not require your consent. At the date of this Cookie Policy, no cookie in this category is listed in the table below, although our infrastructure providers may set strictly necessary technical cookies from time to time.
Analytics. Cookies that help us understand how visitors use the Platform, including which pages are viewed, how visitors navigate, and where difficulties arise, so that we can measure and improve performance. These cookies require your consent.
Marketing. Cookies that are, or may be, used to build a profile of your interests, to recognise your browser across websites, and to support advertising, including advertising delivered on networks operated by third parties. These cookies require your consent.
Personalisation. Cookies that remember choices you make in order to tailor the appearance or behaviour of the Platform. At the date of this Cookie Policy, no cookie in this category is in use.
4. Cookies Used on the Platform
The following table sets out the cookies used on the Platform, together with the provider and domain on which each is set, its typical expiration, the category to which it belongs, and a description of its purpose. Expiration periods are indicative; the provider may vary them, and a cookie may be refreshed on each visit.
Cookie Name | Provider / Domain | Typical Expiration | Purpose | Description |
|---|---|---|---|---|
_clck | Microsoft Clarity (.reborngoods.co) | 1 Year | Analytics | Stores a unique, randomly generated user ID for Microsoft Clarity. This helps track user behaviour across different visits on the site to generate heatmaps and session recordings. |
_clsk | Microsoft Clarity (www.reborngoods.co) | 1 Day | Analytics | Connects multiple page views by the same visitor into a single Microsoft Clarity session recording, expiring after a period of inactivity. |
_ga | Google Analytics (.reborngoods.co) | 2 Years | Analytics | The core identifier for Google Analytics. It registers a unique ID that is used to generate statistical data on how the visitor uses the website. |
_ga_6ZJQZ4SBTX | Google Analytics (.reborngoods.co) | 2 Years | Analytics | A Google Analytics 4 (GA4) specific cookie used to maintain session status. 6ZJQZ4SBTX is the unique measurement or stream ID specific to the reborngoods.co property. |
CLID | Microsoft Clarity (www.clarity.ms) | 1 Year | Analytics | Identifies the first time Microsoft Clarity saw this user on any site using Clarity, and ties heatmaps and session recordings to that user. |
MUID | Microsoft (.clarity.ms and Microsoft advertising domains) | 1 Year | Marketing | Microsoft's cross-site user identifier, used to recognise unique web browsers across Microsoft properties and to support advertising and analytics across the Bing, Clarity, and wider Microsoft network. |
The cookies listed above are set by third-party providers. Where a cookie is set on a third-party domain, that provider may use it for its own purposes, independently of us and in accordance with its own privacy practices, over which we have no control. We do not receive, control, or use the MUID identifier for advertising purposes.
5. Third-Party Providers and Their Privacy Information
The providers of the cookies listed above, and their privacy information, are as follows:
Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google site tag). Operated within the European Economic Area by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You may also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity). Operated within the European Economic Area by Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. Privacy Statement: https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/privacystatement. Clarity privacy information: https://clarity.microsoft.com/privacy. Microsoft advertising choices: https://account.microsoft.com/privacy/ad-settings.
Our infrastructure and delivery providers, including Cloudflare, Amazon Web Services, Fastly, Webflow, Framer, and DigitalOcean, may set strictly necessary technical cookies in order to route traffic, balance load, and protect the Platform against malicious activity. These are described further in our Privacy Policy.
6. Your Consent and How to Withdraw It
6.1 On your first visit to the Platform, you are presented with a cookie consent banner that allows you to accept or decline non-essential cookies and to manage your preferences by category. Analytics and Marketing cookies are set only after you have given your consent.
6.2 You may review and change your preferences at any time through the cookie settings control made available on the Platform. Withdrawing consent is as straightforward as giving it, and takes effect from the time it is made. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
6.3 Withdrawing consent stops further cookies in the relevant category from being set. Cookies already stored on your device are not automatically deleted by withdrawing consent, and you may remove them through your browser settings as described below.
6.4 Declining non-essential cookies does not prevent you from browsing the Platform, viewing listings, or making a submission.
7. Managing Cookies Through Your Browser
You may, at any time, prevent the setting of cookies through our Platform by means of a corresponding setting in the Internet browser used, and may thus permanently deny the setting of cookies. Cookies that have already been set may be deleted at any time via an Internet browser or other software programs. Each browser handles this differently, and you should consult the help function of the browser you use. If you deactivate the setting of cookies in the browser used, not all functions of our Platform may be entirely usable.
You may also be able to use private or incognito browsing modes, browser extensions that block tracking technologies, or device-level settings that limit tracking. These are provided by third parties and we do not control their operation or effectiveness.
8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry or legal standard for interpreting that signal, and the Platform does not currently respond to it.
The Platform does support the United States privacy user signal mechanism, including the Global Privacy Control signal. Where such an opt-out preference signal is received from your browser, and the applicable framework requires us to give effect to it, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser and device from which it is sent, and will treat Marketing cookies as declined for that browser and device.
9. Cookies and Personal Data
Some cookies described in this Cookie Policy, in particular those that assign a unique identifier to your browser or device, may constitute personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 read with the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, or the California Consumer Privacy Act. Where that is the case, the processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, and the rights described in that Privacy Policy, including the rights of access, correction, erasure, and withdrawal of consent, are available to you in respect of that data.
10. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to the cookies used on the Platform, to the service providers we use, or to applicable law. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Cookie Policy, and, where the changes are significant, we may provide additional notice or seek fresh consent. We encourage you to review this Cookie Policy periodically.
